I just registered my child for tutoring. What's next?
Once you are registered, your child is entered into our student pool. From there, our tutors will be matched with students. Once your child has been matched, you will receive an email from their new tutor! However, due to high demand, this process can take up to several weeks.
WILL SERVICE HOURS BE PROVIDED?

HOW MANY SESSIONS WILL THERE BE?
You will have at least 4 sessions. After that, it is up to you and your student/tutor if you want to continue. There is no limit on how long one can tutor.
HOW LONG WILL THE SESSIONS LAST?
Each session will last for at least an hour but may be longer if tutor and student both agree to it.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY TUTOR/STUDENT DOES NOT SHOW UP TO OUR SCHEDULED SESSION?
If your student/tutor does not show up within the first 15 minutes, send us an email. If this is a repeated occurrence, we will assign you a new tutor/student.
WHAT IF I WANT TO DISCONTINUE WITH THE PROGRAM?
We are sorry to hear that. If you want to discontinue please send us and your child's tutor an email with at least a two weeks notice.
What happens if my tutor leaves the program
Your child will be placed again in our student pool and will receive a new tutor on an availability basis. Due to the high demand for tutors, this process can take up to several weeks.
